How to make this ''metallic'' bass from DJ Vertigo Oxygene?

The Oxygene version by DJ Vertigo has a good-sounding bass. Sounds a bit metallic to me so maybe they used some FM synthesizer.
You can also hear that on this bass the operation of an automated low-pass filter.

The bass is just a saw but that other metallic sound seems like a high resonance saw(with a highpass filter) and processed like mentioned by Bert with a flanger

So it's normal bass and only the flanger effect does the main job?
If so, it doesn't look bad. Perhaps I can handle it.

I know that the second bass, which is playing in the background, can be done even in 3x Osc.
I saw a tutorial on Youtube and it sounds similar. I used it myself in one of my tracks.

About 40 seconds or about one minute if someone doesn't want to listen.
