Best FX Plugins?

Might be a little bit of recent bias but I just picked up Arturia FX Collection 3 and am loving EFX Fragments. That is one hell of a granular effect processor, big step up from using Ribs or even dblue Glitch (although both still have their purposes)

I remember I once had a very nice free plugin, some six or seven years ago, which had many effects. It was nothing famous and still hasn't been mentioned in this thread. I've thought about it other times in the past, but never get to remember what the name was so I can't look for it. I've looked in the Effects section of free plugin websites and didn't find it. Too bad.

Fart Divider - it can separate the noisy,melodic and smelly part. Very useful when applied to my dog.

You could try to Google the Year with 'Free Multi-effect' or something and see what comes up.
