Wotja 22.6.0 released - plus an experiment with the free trial of ‘Pro’ mode

Hi all!

We have now released Wotja V26.6.0. It is a major release and it includes several important improvements and fixes. All variants also now include a Tip Jar (TJ) for anyone who would like to make an occasional tip!

In this release we are running an experiment, too, related to unlocking ‘Pro’ mode in the free variants for Apple, Windows and Android (Google Play first). Basically, are allowing a tap of the FS/Store button (Documents, Settings screens) to unlock ‘Pro’ mode. When Wotja stops playing then it reverts to ‘Lite’ mode. Purchase of any tip will mean Wotja will remember it is in ‘Pro’ mode for 30 days by way of thanks.

This experiment allows another way to get ‘Pro’ mode and also, interestingly, provides a means to try ‘Pro’ mode for free and in the year-on-year latest version.

It is a bold experiment in that it provides a means to use ‘Pro’ mode for free for Personal Use, but conditions apply (via EULA). We will have to see how it goes!
