I love this raspy synth lead that sounds like a synth being played through a kazoo--any ideas how to make it? No, I don't have a kazoo, and I'm hoping for an ITB way to make the sound. It starts at about 0:55.

To me this sounds like a cinematic brass / trumpet sound.
