Well guys, just when I I thought I had gotten this done, this problem now.
With my pc connected to a PC powered speaker the Akai Pads for Instalooper controls are all triggering the loops just fine but when I connect the PC and Akai to either my DJ Rig or Home Stereo both which are analog, the Pads are not triggering Instalooper, any ideas please?

Oh sorry, Akai connected to USB port on PC and controlling Reaper Plugins FX. PC's Headphone out to powered speaker.
Also, the pads controlling BBD and MReverb is triggering fine on all 3 speaker systems so its only the pads controlling Instalooper which is having this issue.
Edit: Tomorrow I will try Turnado to see if it might be something with instalooper which is causing the issue.

it sounds more like you've adjusted a setting tbh.
attaching different speakers shouldn't change anything in that chain.
i only asked because i wasn't sure if it was one of those keyboards with built in audio outs, although that too shouldn't upset the midi settings?

Hey Mike. As vurt has suggested above, you'd get a lot more joy with your requests on here and the Reaper forum if you included a bit more detail about your problem each time. Not everyone knows your setup as well as I do, and even I'm struggling to understand your post this time around. There's a lot of important detail you miss out each time, which could help getting to a simple solution that bit quicker, rather than going off looking for another plugin to try, etc...
That said, looks like we're in troubleshooting mode again, so just to clarify:
- Are you using the same PC and the same Reaper project in each scenario here? I know previously you had a test rig and your full music rig, and a lot of the issues with your looping plugins came down to your main rig's output routing, so just want to rule that out. Are you hooking up your PC speaker and your DJ rig from the same outputs on your PC each time?
- Are you using the latest version of InstaLooper? (the white interface with the red/orange/blue/green loop parameters). I ask because there's a simple way to test the issue. Trigger the loop effect from your AKAI on the working setup, and you should see the corresponding loop button on Instalooper's interface light up when you hit the pad on the controller. Now try the same on your DJ rig/home stereo where it's not working. Do the buttons on Instalooper still light up? If they do, then there's no problem with your MIDI input and it's an output routing problem again. If they don't, then InstaLooper isn't receiving MIDI from your AKAI and you need to fix that side of the equation.
As always, happy to take this to DM/email if you don't want a long back-and-forth on a public forum. Cheers

Just realised that first paragraph might come across a little harsh, and apologies if that's the case, as it wasn't meant that way. A lot of us enjoy solving problems, but it can be impossible to help if the relevant info isn't provided at the outset.

Oh no, not at all Benny, sorry for the late response too. We can do via email. It is the last project we had completed few days ago. I am using the free version of instalooper until after trying out turnado. BTW, I had posted an update in that thread if you can have a look please?
Only reason why I did not mention here about the details of the project with the tops and sub is because I am thinking that should not matter with this issue but if it does then best we troubleshoot via email first.
