No real way to know what particular samples they are using but some of it definitely sounds like there is no round robin used to cut down on samples sounding repetitive. There are many Kontakt libraries that would get you there (try the free drum drops libraries if you already have Kontakt) and then there are things like addictive drums that have flexible onboard mixing an options that could get you there as well. It sounds like a big part of the "sound" is using the loudest hits available and minimizing RR. What samplers if any do you already own? What are you looking to spend!

I did some over the top grindcore/ thrash stuff a while back and I used one of the free kits in the Kontakt library. I'm pretty sure there is still a free "factory selection" that includes some cool drums and is a free download.
