Hey guys!
I have decided to do some sound design with Saw plucks a series of them. However, I am at a bit of a stopping point because I can't see myself matching closely with the intro of this track. It's the same notes throughout the track. Some direction would seriously help me. Tips and any visuals explaining how to achieve this sound would be excellent since I am playing the right keys, scale, and notes!
Thanks again!

Just home from work but thought I'd post a preset (for Vital) & midi
It's pretty close but could use a bit of eq etc to taste

Thank you again for your input!
I have a question for you, but I don't use it as much not sure what DAW you use. I like the VST Sytrus stock plugin on Fruity Loops. Could I follow the steps that you did in Vital and do it in Sytrus instead? Or is it easier to work with Vital on these kinds of projects? I am also a fan of 3xosc.

I used to use Sytrus all the time so I can show you how to do it with it easy enough
3xosc has no unison which for this sound is fine but just to make you aware.
3xosc is all I ever used for the longest time so it's a nostalgic plug-in for me along with .
I'll upload tonight when I'm home from work

Sounds good to me I think seeing it on a more familiar VST will make more sense to me. I also use Pigments as my other go too Vital seems like it's a great choice for wavetable and seems very similar to Serum.
3xosc is great and really fun to use if you use patcher.

Sorry to be pedantic, you got it very nearly right but the B should be down an octave.CHOOS wrote: Sun Jul 24, 2022 11:21 pm Just home from work but thought I'd post a preset (for Vital) & midi
