Should note, this may not be a problem with Acoustica plugins.
It still takes a while to load, just not as long.
Its likely a Cubase issue as this has occurred with several versions of Cubase.

Still plunking away at the same song. Started toying with sounds & got side tracked starting another track,then went back to the other work in progress. Not a very exciting studio log...

Fine tuning the main elements. Scrapping some stuff from last night. Tweaking the automation.Giving it a listen thru so I can be more comfortable,then hitting the red button & laying down some melody bits. Staring out the window thinking about what to do next

Started out tinkering with Compare 2 to see if I can convince myself to fall in love with it. Did get some pretty cool sounds out of it. But then got lost in a Clep Diaz/Wogglebug generative patch and was completely distracted away from Compare 2

Working on a series of textural ambient dub tunes.
Going deeper into the sound design then previously.
Decided to release the new material as a CD.

It will be number 21

Ran some DMX & Linn sounds from a midi file for a friend, as well as gave him a few bass tracks to work with (from his midi again). Mixed some vocals on another track.
Recorded some Cobalt8 synth brass on another track.

Most of my work has been in my “other” (I.e., photo) studio lately, but I started to get at it again last night with a new scratch track made with my Analog Four mk2, RYTM mk2, Peak, and Se-1X.

I called in sick last night,but I could tell I was just faking it on the phone,so I'm just going to leave all that work on the desk for me to finish when I finally decide I'm well enough to come back to hobbyland
