Literally any phaser that lets you set the allpass filter 100% wet, EQ plugins which have dedicated allpass filter sections

On Mixmaxtrix, artv phaser allows you to turn the LFO frequency to 0 (off), select the number of bands, q, the frequency range and the initial phase.

The EQ there also has allpasses, both of 1 and 2 poles.

Isn't it just a phase shifter? Fabfilter volcano 3 has all pass filters and probably let's you tweak it even more than disperser, probably sounds better too

Just a headsup: Disperser is 27,76 Euros at Plugin Boutique at the moment. So you could just get the original.

I managed to reproduce this sound with ReaEQ although it was quite tedious. What the amount knob in Disperser seems to be doing is stacking up to 32 all-pass filters (I believe 2nd order) at the designated frequency. So you can do the same thing with any plug that has an all-pass filter by just stacking a ton of instances. The disadvantage of this is obviously rather than using a slider to reduce the effect you have to go and enable or disable instances of plugin or bands within the plugin. In Volcano for example the filter slope goes up to 48dB which I believe is equivalent to stacking 4 2nd order filters and you can have up to four of them in series which means you can get halfway to the extreme of Disperser in a single instance of Volcano. You can set sliders to control all 4 filters simultaneously but then you still have the problem of enabling or disabling filters and changing the slopes individually rather than having a single knob.

Thanks for suggestions. I found that my MAutoDynamicsEQ has a HP120 slope. The effect was pretty similar.
