YES!!. I upgraded and I have it now. I finally have Fragments, plus the other two. Mind you, haven't had the chance to use it yet.sprnva wrote: Thu Jun 16, 2022 3:20 pmFX Collection 3 has been announcedsimon.a.billington wrote: Tue Jun 14, 2022 3:27 pm These plugins often comes in threes. I’ve been using Fragments for a few days and I can confirm it is a wonderful product. I don’t really reach much for the other products in FX Collection 3 but this one I always come back to and slap usually on pads. It makes them sound ethereal and glitchy if I want them to. Usually I’ll pair this with a frequency shifter to add a dub sound to my tracks.simon.a.billington wrote: Thu Jul 14, 2022 2:21 pmYES!!. I upgraded and I have it now. I have a lot of plugins, too many really. Arturia, Waves, IK, Plugin Alliance, Native Instruments... Generally I'll audition between a few plugins to choose the right aesthetic for what I'm working on. If I have the time that is.MXJIA wrote: Wed Jul 20, 2022 3:40 amI’ve been using Fragments for a few days and I can confirm it is a wonderful product. So yeah, I'll use the Arturia plugins, but I'll use others too, depending on their aesthetic.

If you feel bad about it...simon.a.billington wrote: Thu Jul 14, 2022 2:21 pm Mind you, haven't had the chance to use it yet.![]()

I think I bought roughly 500€ of plugins since end of June (when my second daughter was born). I downloaded about half of it, installed half of downloaded and tried exactly none.
I do remember, though, having 37 minutes for myself sometime in mid August.

I used the default FL Studio frequency shifter, but I also have used the kilohearts one. It's a bit more basic but still gets the job done wellcarrieres wrote: Thu Sep 29, 2022 7:26 pmWhat are you using as a frequency shifter ?MXJIA wrote: Wed Jul 20, 2022 3:40 am I’ve been using Fragments for a few days and I can confirm it is a wonderful product. Pretty expensive at almost 100E….although they may be different in a approach you will probably get similar sounding results with either…granular is the overriding fx here.Fleer wrote: Wed Oct 05, 2022 1:57 amOr the new Graindad from Sugar Bytes?

Fragments and Graindad are similar... but different. As you said they share granular and thats a big part of what they do. Playing around with both, you could have one or the other and be happy. But with you both you don't have to worry about missing something. Graindad has some very sophisticated features like the Harvester and the transient detector.
