Already listed this a month ago.
Searched the thread. Didn't find it.
This thread is for submitting software for the database at https://clapdb.tech. I add things to that database that I find all over the web, and I do not post here when I add new entries. And soon the site will have it's own submission module, so you will see even less here.

This is not supposed to be discussed and unveiled until official... pretty cool though :)

I will honor their request to not link to the dev repo or discuss it anywhere but on the Reaper pre-release forum, and will wait until it reaches beta.

Hey teilo. Thanks for all your work! We took surge out of beta today with our 1.1.0 release which includes full CLAP support. Best!

Fantastic work baconpaul & team!! I didn't have a chance to test for Linux this time--sorry. I just barely switched my working schedule to 4 ten hour days a week. I haven't yet had my first day off. :D I hope it turns out that everything works! :)

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)

Thanks! If something doesn't we will do a 1.1.1 and a 1.1.2 but we also have a great cadre of folks using linux in the nightlies and dev cycles so we think it is at least as good as windows and mac :)

Applied Computer Music Technologies Ltd (https://www.acmt.co.uk) makes a range of plug-ins specifically for Linux. The ACM-3SA is now available as a CLAP plug-in

Image

The ACM-3SA is a passive filter emulation inspired by the classic Pultec HLF-3C. The plug-in is free to download (https://www.acmt.co.uk/products/download-acm-3sa/) and includes VST2, VST3 and now CLAP compatible versions for Linux. While every attempt has been made to test with available host applications, please note that CLAP support should still be considered experimental at this stage.

And TAL-BassLine-101.

Based on my testing, it does not have poly-modulation. I tried with an ADSR and an LFO set to note trigger, modulating the filter cutoff. Definitely not poly.

Post

I must say I did not test it yet myself. Maybe I did not understood something but here is the changelog :
Version 1.6.1 / 09.08.2022

Important MPE timbre fix. Changed to bipolar modulation. -> Breaking Change: you may need to readjust the cutoff for existing sessions or presets.
CLAP plug-in format including support for polyphonic expressions added.
Jupiter 8 hardware voice mode added (SOLO and POLY II).
UI updated

Post

did you try note expressions in bitwig? "Polyphonic Expressions" sounds like note expressions not modulators. I just grabbed the demo and was able to draw a pitch curve on a note with the note expression editor in the CLAP if i put the J-8 demo in MPE mode.

/notetomyself: Ask someone to put together a glossary to CLAP website with exact, consistent spelling of features and what they mean.
