VST 'scene' changer that can be use in a VST host

Greetings,

I not new to the forum since I always read usefull information from quite sometime, but created an account to ask the folloing:

At the moment I use Carla as VST host for my guitar plugin effects. My idea is to be able to use it live but there isnt a preset feature (such as in gig performer or even VSThost) so I am looking a VST that can be loaded that can control scenes (or basecally to turn on and off chains creates inside Carla)

As example, I load all my VST (Clean ampsim, overdrive ampsim, reverb, delat, gate, etc) in one big Rack. Then the input of the signal would be this VST wich, via MIDI, I coud select to which route ro take (clean signal {clean amp, reverb, chorus to output} while the rest remains bypassed. Then with a midi command, to bypass this signal and "turn on' the overdrive path (noise gate, overdrive, different ampsim, reverb and so on)

Is there such a VST or VST3?

I looked everywhere and havent been able to find it. Basecally a VST which control presets in a way.
Reason why I do not want to use VSThost is that when changing from one performance to another there is a damll delay) while having all effects already loaded and using this so far imaginary VST would allow me to select the 'preset' would ne instantaneously. (Even if more CPU is used due more VSTs being loaded)

I am a windows user and any advice is highly appreciated. My idea is to keep useing "free" software. I know that Gig performer would be the best for example, but is almost 200 eur)

For instant and glitch free changes, only the special mechanism can pass, such as Gig Performer's concept of rackspaces.
