Hey,
1. How do I disable the missing plugins message at the start-up of Logic?
2. Sometimes i move the location of samples on my computer and those samples are used in a logic projects, when i open the logic project the samples are not played back since logic can not locate them. Any way to automatically scan for missing samples in a project so they are found again?
Some quick logic questions, anyone can help?

1. If I understand the situation right: Open project with plugins you don't have installed on your system anymore, remove them and resave the project.
2. Generally I include the used samples (let copy the audio and Logic sampler files) into project I'm working on. Yes, more redundancy but hassle free. Plus I can modify samples destructably in projects without altering the original files which perhaps I want to use in other projects in unaltered form.
