The FOREVER 29 offer will run out, effective August 15. So if you want to join the exclusive F29 community, you still have a few days left. We will honor all active plans going forward! So if you are subscribed already, or if you sign up before August 15, there won't be any changes for you!

Hmmm in the bargains thread I just wrote the following:
”Maybe too good of a deal when PA start introducing more and more NI/Izotope related titles later on in their shop”
Example: A new sample library released February 2023 by Native Instruments for $149 in the PA shop that subscribers get for $29…
Pure speculation on my part, since Forever 29 is such a new thing they've could have given it some time but this abrupt ending shows that maybe subscribers would benefit too much when they start expanding with more expensive NI/Izotope titles in the near future?
So maybe they realised it was dumb for them, but too great for us…

Saw this coming the minute they announced it. I’ll stay subscribed until they forcibly unsubscribe me.
I suspect the next step is to label future releases as ‘not suitable for Forever 29’ otherwise they’ll have a situation of subscribers buying new plugins for $29 and reselling them straight away…

They won't unsubscribe (forcibly or otherwise
Guessing they weren't happy with the 'loophole' of people subscribing then immediately cancelling to get any plugin for 30 dollars for the rest of time !

From some articles about streaming providers I've read recently regarding how subscriber numbers are key to securing funding etc, I'm guessing this may have been an excercise in expanding those numbers for financial reasons.
Pure speculation on my part obvs.
