Windows VST rack like Mac’s Audio Hijack?

Hi all, on a Mac I normally use the awesome audio hijack to pipe audio from an app through effects.

For example I want to be able to watch a recording and do voice isolation in real time.

On a Mac I’d launch audio hijack, and use something like Acon’s Extract Dialogue and it would do this in real time through any software playing the audio - could be a browser showing YouTube.

On a PC I don’t know how to do this.

DDMF has Virtual Audio Stream that theoretically does this but windows 11 complains about all kinds of security stuff and wants me to disable core isolation (useful security feature) to let the driver work.

Normally this is a sign the software isn’t really developed to work with windows 11. And the developers haven’t responded.

Any ideas?

Voicemeeter (any flavor) doesn’t do this.

OK it seems voicemeeter plus a VST hosting tool like cantabile can do this
