Sample Pack Suggestions Please.

Any help will be appreciated! I'm looking for good sample packs that focus on dynamic effects (Risers, Wooshes, Snare Bombs, Impacts, etc) and other "ear candy" type effects for pop, rock, pop country...

Not sure about the big sounds you listed, but for little ear candy, there's a couple of inexpensive sample sets by drummer Aaron Sterling.

Air "the riser" is pretty good for the one thing it focuses on

Impacts are pretty easy to design yourself with some layering and reverb
