Is there a money back guarantee if you can't do the second lifetime?

To be clear, via the Play4Life promo, if you pay for the Ultimate sub in full (12 months in advance), then yes - you get both Lifetime keys immediately. But if you sub monthly, then you don't get them until you complete a full 12-month paid sub. There is no "money back guarantee" for a sub. Not even sure what that would mean anyway. That said, the Play4Life promo ended on August 8, so I'd wait until that sale (or a similar sale) appears before even considering IMHO.

Same. I've done it a few times - picked up the Juno 106, Jupiter 8, System-8, JD-800, Juno-60, and SH-101 - all except one of them I can Plug-Out to my actual System-8. If they do an ACB of the JX-8P, I'll either switch out the Juno-60 or the System-8 (since the System-8 engine is a permanent part of the System-8 hardware anyway). Or I might do another Play4Life promo and grab a couple more - depends if Roland Cloud takes their sweet ass time or abandons new System-8 ACB stuff altogether. #crap_shoot

Well... you can change your "Play For Life" choice anytime, as along as you have an active subscription. I guess that counts as a "guarantee" although not "money back"... But you can change your mind about the instrument chosen, and replace it with another.

Right, but a "money back guarantee" would imply a cash refund for services/products returned. Can't do that, full stop. Of course, the OP was joking anyway (second life, nirvana, etc).

Free Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys are only offered with the purchase of the Pro Annual or Ultimate Annual Memberships during the Play 4 Life promotion. The Play 4 Life promotion is currently closed. We recently ran the Play 4 Life promotion from 7/15/2022 - 8/8/2022. Annual memberships purchased outside of this window do not include free Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys. Play 4 Life usually runs around the holiday season, so if you missed the recent one, you'll have another chance to join by the end of the year.

Separately, if a member has subscribed before 12/31/2018, they would have the ability to accrue free instruments through our early adopter Loyalty Program. Enrollment for the Loyalty program was closed after 12/31/2018, though members of the Loyalty Program can still accrue rewards.

Also, we do offer a return window on memberships. First, we offer a free 30-day trial of our Ultimate membership with purchase of any membership, monthly or annual, to make sure that Roland Cloud works for your system and workflow. Then, if you sign up for a membership and decide it's not right for you, we gladly offer a refund within the first seven days of a monthly membership, or fourteen days for an annual membership.

Hi, soulata. Yes, Play 4 Life offers one Reward Instrument Lifetime Key with purchase of a Pro Annual membership, or two Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys with the purchase of an Ultimate Annual membership when purchasing during the promotional window.

can you explain how? are rewards added automatically to their account? how many? how often??

and how can one confirm they are a member of the Loyalty Program (as I originally subscribed on 12/30/18)
