Nope, Restore My Purchases was one of the first things I tried.daychase wrote: Thu Jul 14, 2022 9:17 am I got a response back from IK! What ended up working for me was to go into the Custom Shop application, press the arrow to the right of my username, select the "Restore My Purchases" option in the menu that shows up, and then open SampleTank and do a full rescan of my libraries. I hope that helps!

Dunno if anyone noticed, but IK has a new SamplTank 4 library out, Beat Machines.
It samples "100 vintage analog drum machines and rhythm units."

Noticeably absent from the collection: Linn 1, 2 & 9000, Sequential DMX and EMU Drumulator emus. As classic as anything else in the collection.

Also their SE instruments are on sale now, which is tempting because with my jam points I could get a 15% discount on that (ST4 with 30 GB library for 35 Euro I think)...but I keep saying to myself not to buy any more IK products until they change their attitude about built-in shops and installer problems.
I do think MODO bass and drums are very good so that's the main reason not to throw my IK stuff overboard.
That's the thing - they're a well known brand and could easily ditch the frustrating stuff we're discussing in this thread, and do their reputation a massive favour.

I've had tons of problems with Sampletank 4 crashing Studio One and that is without ST3 sounds being involved.jamcat wrote: Mon Aug 22, 2022 2:52 am Is anyone else having the ST3 sounds installers from SampleTank 4 crash on Apple Silicon?

I'm just talking about the Sounds installers.
ST4 sounds install fine, but the ST3 Sound Content installers ( Parts 1 - 8 ) from SampleTank 4 MAX cannot be opened on M1 Mac.
