We just released the 2.5.5 version of our XILS 3 LE

The new 2.5.5 version wont accept my serial number. I tried a couple of times with no luck. It works fine in v2.5.2. Any idea why this is happening?

Same here. I've tried pasting and typing in my serial number, with and without hyphens, but it won't accept it.

Best way is the press the "enter" key of your keyboard instead of the OK button, "-" are needed though.

Thanks, will try that. I tried pressing enter already but not the quotation marks (not needed in any previous version). Why not mention this change in the install instructions?

no the quotation marks aren't used, the hypen between them is used.

no the quotation marks aren't used, the hypen between them is used.

[edit] re-installed v2.5.5, copy/pasted serial, pressed enter and it worked for me this time.

GUI idea:

1st: thanks for the resizable GUI

but
i'd love to be able to scroll the GUI (click-drag or 2finger trackpad)
because,
now, that the keyboard controls are on their own big panel within the gui
i still have to choose a smaller gui-size to see both panels

example:
i'd like to choose 76% to have the main panel kind of fullsize
but i can't see the keyboard-control panel
the korg-oddyssey-like 3way-view-switch isn't of any use in this case
so i have to use the 50% size which is....well...quite a ot smaller...

and as everybody knows:
the bigger the gui the bigger the sound

speaking of logic:

i was not able to enter the serial number under logic
just like in the april discussion

finally i succeeded using hostingAU
