Does anyone know if there's somewhere I can find sound effects generated by AI/that are controllable?
I want to have thunderstorm (rain + thunder sounds) sounds that I can control for various parts of a project, - e.g that I can intensify the thunder sounds, add some wind sound, make the rain gradually heavier and then weaker, etc., rather than needing to search for individual sound effects and editing them manually.

It's not an app you'd install, just a website that makes background noises. I think it's not AI, but if these are loops they are very long.
