One Synth Challenge #162: V-Station by Novation (Plan C Wins!)

This track was made with Reaper on Linux. There are 10 instances of V-Station.
Other plugins used:

V-Station seemed intimidating enough to me, so I ended up mostly just using built-in patches :D
I figured that was still better than skipping a month!

After trying some sounds and tweeking with the V-Station I decided to try making some music. The piece is ambient-ish and with just three days of work I'm not sure it's finnished. There's some need for tweeking and adjustments but I' leave it as is. Hopefully some of you will enjoy the plings and plongs.

I'm using Reaper and made the sounds with 14 instances of the V-Station.

Experimenting designing new type of sounds Somehow lead me to kind of an usual music for me. It's cheesy, a little jazzy and with a nice happy end (so IV can stop worrying about my health for once ! )

made in bitwig with 42 V station instances (there are some duplicates for the sake of arrangement)
Bitwig devices, Tonebooster's sibalance v3 and Barricade v3.
And it was a real Pita to mix, but hopefully you enjoy listening to it!

Running in Tracktion Waveform Pro 12 as usual, there are nine V-Station instances. Mostly taking advantage of V-Station's built in effects but also using Waveform's stock EQ and compression plugins. This also uses several instances of Kilohearts' Stereo plugin and, inevitably, a couple of instances of Valhalla Supermassive. HY-Plugins HY_ESG also puts in an appearance to try to give the thing a bit more movement. Finishing off with Tracktion's MasterMix mastering processor.

Just in time? Here's my submission! I tried to make it both melancholic and upbeat, inspired by the idea of exploring a beautiful place that once used to be populated.

V-Station is surprisingly powerful with a lot of ways to shape the tone, so I had fun this week trying to simulate some acoustic sounds through the synth and through sequencing (since the sounds I created would have quite limited dynamic and pitch sweetspots...).

It's 56 Instances of V-Station! It's that high mainly due to duplicates as this synth sometimes got mad at me when trying to automate certain things.
