Bitwig problem with Xkey from CME; not recognizing C#3

Bitwig 4.3.4 does not recognize C#3 on the CME Xkey. I wrote to the support, but no answer. But with other DAWs, the keyboard works fine. Any idea?

Maybe you use a strange script? I see no technical reason why this should be filtered unless you filter it somehow… Its more likely user error than anything else…
