Synthmaster One foot-pedal crash...

Hi'.
When for example I play a pad/floater-sound and hold the notes with my foot-pedal/damper, and then when i release my foot from the pedal, Synthmaster One crashes. Synthmaster 2 does not crash when I use the foot-pedal...Any help is very very much appreciated

SynthMaster One and SynthMaster 2 are totally different products and not versions 1 and 2 of the same synth.
