Anyone had any issues with Battery 4 and Cubase 11 ? With Cubase blacklisting it ?
Don't trust those with words of weakness, they are the most aggressive

I haven't had any issues with it on an Intel MacPro (Mojave) or M1 Macbook Pro (Monterey/Rosetta) running Cubase 11.

5.5.3 — 2021-02-01

ADDED New sound bank 'Absynth Interstellar' with 200 new presets
FIXED Absynth 5 is now macOS Big Sur compatible
FIXED Activating autoscaling option in Cubase 11 on Windows can lead to UI glitches
FIXED Setting autoscaling to off in Ableton Live 10.1 on Windows can lead to UI glitches
FIXED Opening modal dialog windows crashes the UI on macOS Big Sur
FIXED Reason 9.5 to 11 crashes when loading Absynth VST
FIXED Browser/Explorer does not show Volume/Drive in exFAT format
FIXED Last item in File Browser disappears once the folder is collapsed
IMPROVED Activation screen now points to Native Access
KNOWN ISSUE Absynth 5 standalone occasionally crashes on quitting
The soundbank and all of those fixes were on the changelog for version 5.3.3 from February 1, 2021. I've been using Absynth Interstellar for over a year...so I'm wondering what exactly is new about this version.

If I bought Absynth 2nd hand from the marketplace, can it still be authorized if they aren't selling it anymore? I am guessing it would work as I have Battery 3 and that still works though it isn't sold any longer.

Yeah, it's actually 5.3.3, not 5.5.3

Must be a typo. My version is 5.3.4 and that's the latest and last version that there will ever be now that they stopped development and sales. What a shame, NI, it would have been so great to have it on Apple Silicon. So much potential there, but alas.

I think you might have missed the date. This thread was from 2021 so it was new then.

Why they do not just use it as a free gift instead of just dropping it completely is beyond me. They could give it over to the guys at Plug in alliance as one of their synths to offer in their monthly deal.

Even when something is free, people want support, and they quite obviously are done developing and supporting it.

That's what FAQs and No support for you! are for. This is what Audio Damage are doing.
I started on Logic 5 with a PowerBook G4 550Mhz. I now have a MacBook Air M1 and it's ~165x faster! So, why is my music not proportionally better? :(
