You can NEVER have too many drum machines
It's pretty much a remake of this....so you probably don't have anything quite like it, it's somewhat left-field!

hi, I just purchased the LXR-02, I still have the original. It seems pattern chaining in performance mode is gone, and also pattern repeat which is really important. I am also concerned that there is no way to preview individual parts of a kit which you can do on the LXR-01. Also, the LXR-02 has added performance features, and added step values. Will there be an update to address any or all of these issues?

This thing is great so far. Some compression and EQ and… well, it seems like a lot of what I was looking for. It’ll often take the place of PulseCode - but perhaps may work alongside it. Since the MIDI and audio are routed through the Digitone, I have more automation than I’ll ever use (2 per voice on the LXR-02 plus up to… 32 total on the Digitone?).
The load/save UX paradigm is kinda poor for 2022, though. But it’s workable.
