Good news from Moog

They just published a free update for its Minimoog Model D app turning it into a macOS plugin (VST3, AUv2, and AUv3). It works on Intel (macOS 11.2+) and Apple Silicon computers.

I wrote a little tutorial how the installation works in my article :)

Too bad, I'm on Mojave. Wonder if it would still install?? I guess no demo to try?

I have this on iPad, but on the iPad, it shows the Moog Vintage Synth Bundle (containing Model D and Model 15) as "Purchased", but on my Mac, it only shows the Model 15 as purchased, and doesn't indicate I own the Model D as well.

I don't really want to push the "buy for £22" button only to find out they've charged me for it...

You need to push that buy as i did and after all it shows that you already bought the app. :)

Are you confident enough of that advice that you will re-imburse me the £22 it if doesn't..? ;)

:) Heh, yeah it's ok, I've already seen this advice elsewhere, I'm just not that keen on being the one guy that gets charged for it...

Worked for me. You get a pop-up that tells you it's free after you buy ( if you already have the iOS version that is)
'and when we got bored, we'd have a world war...'

I took a chance and clicked the button to buy at £22 trusting the advice above. Yes, you get a pop-up confirming that the app is free.

I just had the cloud button, which installed it without any pop-up.
After installing, you need to go here to get the VST3/AU wrapper:

THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP

Hmm...

After I click Buy and log in, I don't get the free update box shown above, I get one that very much looks like it wants to charge me, despite owning the iOS version:

Did you guys who got it free see this dialog, clicked buy, and *then* got the "this update is free" alert?
