thanks
but...

under logic 10.5.1, mojave, mac mini intel i7 there is soemething strange going on:

previously saved presets of v4.1 (logic .aupreset presets) do not recall correctly
actually completely out of order

recreating the old, v4.1 sound from that preset for example, sounds, uhm, completely different...

i've done now various restarts and camparisons
all to the same results
back to v4.1....

no (iirc)

how would this work ?

thanks

GUI looks too large on windows 2K screens (13” screen).

No way to scale?

What was the reasoning behind putting "scratches" on all the labels?

Please, uninstall and then open DAW. Search plug-ins. Then, close DAW. Now, install latest version.

Let me know the result, please.

Thanks

Hmm, good question.

Not aesthetic?

i would remove the scratches, it kinda disrupts usability.

No to me. I personally dislike when developers "age" their plugins. As someone who owns hardware from the 80's that still looks like it just came out of the original box it triggers my OCD to think that someone would treat their gear like that...... :hihi:

But yea I agree, in this case it make the labels harder to read and therefore distracts from usability.

done it
various restarts etc -> no difference

old, v4.1, presets, as of logic aupresets, are loaded incorrectly
sounds different

Plug-in looks OK in windows as long as you select 100% screen scaling.

Any more and it looks too big.

I haven’t found a way to avoid that, even with Bitwig that has an option per plugin for scaling.
