Plugins with a small and big version

There are some plugins with a big and a small version.
I suppose the small versions are meant to be appetisers
to make you buy the big version one day! ?
I have two plugins where I am completely fine
with the small versions and the reason is not
the price, but user-friendliness and simplicity.
1. I never liked Arouser by Empirical labs,
just because too many distracting options.
I have the small version and dig it,
simple to use with fast results.
2. LX 480 Relab Essentials
I dig the small versions,
not even tempted to demo the big version.
3. Arturia Lab intro
I sold big version and replaced it by the small intro version.
Less is more.
Some more examples?
Maybe also some experience where it's just the opposite,
where the big version appealed to you more than the small one.

Some more I prefer:-
- Reverb Foundry Tai Chi Lite over the full version - I like the smaller, simpler interface and don't need the extra features of it's big brother...
- Soundtoys EchoBoy Jr over the full Echo Boy - the Jr version again is simpler, more direct and gives me most of what I need for conventional delay uses...

I thought this was going to be about plugins with expandable UI like the Arturia ones.
Don’t think I’ve any plugins where I prefer the less functionality versions.
Edit: oh actually there are some where I have multiband versions of effect plugins but prefer the single band versions, like Biome over Triad and most Melda effects, as it’s a lot less fuss.

With Tokyo Dawn plugins, the small and free versions are sometimes enough for the job and less distracting.
