Vital Preset
It's basically the sandstorm preset but somewhat altered.
The sound comes from the low note giving the rumbly effect when the resonance goes through the distortion.
Changing the pulse to a wave or any other waveform could give interesting different tones and the 2nd osc just helps amplify the resonance so you can add or lessen the effect.
Different distortions will also change the character of the sound quite a bit.
The high-passing the sound and adding the delay and reverb to finish off.
