SugarBytes?

Quirky plugins. Good stuff. I have used for example Cyclop, Thesys, Wow2. A bit of both - quirky & deep on the one hand - quick to achieve certain things on the other hand. Plugins like Turnado are very powerful. Especially worth a look if you're into glitchiness. Sugarbytes are big on sequenced & modulated fx (looperator, but also their synths etc). Most plugins feature pretty creative random functions. In my opinion definitely worth a look, but you need to find out whether it's for you. Final caveat: larger bugs are fixed, but I'd assume to buy the plugins 'as-is' - I haven't noticed any updates adding new features, for example.

Quirky is the word. My favourites are still Turnado and Artillery. Makes almost an Elektron p-lock out of your normal sequencer. Very easy to go completely overboard with effects though.

Appreciate the replies. Any idea if they can be sold by an owner? I have a chance to get but trying to line up something to try first. Would like to know if this is on the up and up.

I have the Sugar Bundle and quirky is a good description. I love messing about with their plugins. Factory, Obscurium and Looperator are among of my faves. Licenses can be transferred by the owner, but will become NFR after the first transfer ... you could check out their website for more info. They're certainly on the "up and up"

I purchased my copy of Looperator from another KVR member, but like thecontrolcentre said, I wouldn't be able to sell it again.
In regards to the plugins themselves, I own both Looperator and Turnado. I use Looperator the most for mangling/re-slicing loops, etc., and Turnado less so, but for really messing stuff up when I'm deep in a creative rut. They're both a joy to use, Sugarbytes stuff is pretty intuitive, but you can also get extremely technical with them when you're after a very specific effect. One tip: if you pick up Looperator, don't be afraid to strip it down to just one or two lanes. It's much easier to manipulate something useful out of it (unless you're doing IDM or Neuro stuff I guess) when you're not dancing around a dozen or so different types of effects.

I think SB are having Black Friday sales. Not too far off into the future.

Turnado is a great plugin for live work, with a controller you manually adjust any of the 8 devices easily. The director is very handy for automating and controlling all 8 at once.
Very musical and a lot of glitching fun.
I use it on drums mostly, but other instruments can provide interesting textures.

Sugar Bytes plugins are not your basic plugins. Not sound wise, feature wise or interface wise. It could be annoying, but I find them brilliant.

I held off on WOW2 filter for many years, and picked it up cheap in the marketplace not too long ago.
