Congrats to the winners!
Here's hoping I can use the advice I got this month to lift my self away from the bottom...

Okay, "rather than intellectual" ... nice. Good argumentation.
Thank you for your feedback, Taron! (and for all the others, it's just that it's really not very convenient to communicate here). Yes, I was a bit like MyLoFi's friend in relation to some genres, until you reminded me that it's worth starting from the goal of creating music. So really... trans... drive all thoughts out of head with a simple and intrusive rhythm with a minimal melody... Maybe that's why I don't like him. I hate any manipulation of my consciousness from the outside!

I'd be interested if you, Peter:H, in addition to sarcasm, gave several arguments in favor of the intellectuality of trance, techno, minimalistic music. In addition, yes, to create music for manipulating consciousness, you need intelligence. :borg:

Well, I hope everyone knows that I congratulate all the winners and those who took part this month!
I don't know what you all found in this synthesizer, but the tracks are excellent! :hihi:

Congrats winners 🥳🥳🎉👏, excellent work yet again.

Despite some small flaws with V-Station it is a very capable and decent sounding softsynth for its age and all the excellent tracks this month show this. Thanks for another great round of OSC'ers, and thanks again Richard & BJ.

Congrat to everyone!
Nice contest this month. I must say I really appriciated the "only" 30 tracks. Much less tracks than the last months, so I could listen much better to everyone and comment more too
Cheers

Congratulations winners.
3rd to last for me :(
I keep going backwards.

I don't understand how "loris16148 - 6th Element" got zero 1's shouldn't we all be voting 1 point for our own track at least?
There are still way more 1's and 2's than I would be expecting to see too all over the field given I would expect most tracks should be getting an average of 3 some of us are incredibly harsh markers I think.

The count consists of all that qualified plus ( two ) non participants, none of whom rated that track with a one. loris16148 was disqualified ( for not voting, most likely ) so his score was not counted.

To be clear I was not having a go at Loris just was curious to see a zero in that column. It is not the first time I have seen it too I think all of the last few have had at least 1 person with a zero in the 1.

Bravos & Braves, the winners and the others, almost. Ciao.

So *real intellectual* is that I let you figure out what position the person is taking that puts labels on music "intellectual" or rather revoke a lable from genres as "not intellectual" ... what would you say you can read in between the lines of such statement? Where is this person coming from?
Take a few minutes to think about it. Sarcasm is my only way to deal with that kind of people ... sorry.

My favorite position in the first few rounds! :hihi: Don't despair, but just do the analysis. Surely you have been left comments? Not to change yourself, but to work on yourself is the best way to success (whatever it is for you)! :tu:

Judging by the table, Loris did not vote and was disqualified. That's the answer.

Well, other participants just have other reference frames, which is often discussed in different branches. Some people want to have the maximum range of ratings and I understand them, although I rarely drop below three points myself)

Hey, thanks for the votes and the win this month! As always, in good company here...win or lose, but there are no real losers.
It's been a while since I've done one of these. I've been back into my heavy guitar roots for some time, but it was nice to hear some other metal/more heavy influenced tracks. As usual, it was hard to spread the votes around.

MyLofy had some great drumming going on! \m/

Michael WD....when I first heard your track, I knew you had something going on. When voting, I was like "Where's that tune at?"....."Oh, it's Dorgan". Then, when the the winners were announced, I was like "Where's Dorgan?!" lol OH!

Taron and mmGhost are God-like staples at OSC. The amount I've learned from picking their brains over the years is mind-numbing.

As for the prize, I will pass it on.
Just a touch of EQ and a tickle of compression

On a more personal note, there is also someone here at OSC that has helped me through some recent shitty months. Out of the blue help. Superhero status help..... Z
