Will this be sold by any other retailers? Devious Machines only sell in GBP by the looks of it.

We do sell to the US and EU and the pricing is available in those currencies. We used to accept USD and EUROs at payment, but at some point we stopped and I can't remember why. I'll look into it again later this week. If you go through our checkout and incur a currency conversion cost I'd be interested to know what it says.

i had an expired V1 demo installed before and V2 shows the same banner "demo expired" after having been installed over V1. so no, it doesn't work. (Ableton Live 11 on Mac OSX 10.15)

It doesn't need a new authorisation so indeed if the v1 demo has expired, not surprised that the v2 demo would show the same (did you mention it had expired in your original query?)
