Good earphones for just listening to music?

My long-time (~8 years) Sony earphones that I use for general music-listening and day-to-day stuff (I have a separate pair of headphones for production) have ceased to function and I can't seem to find a replacement pair anywhere. From experience I know that audio quality wildly varies between makes - most of the spare pairs around my house completely lack both low- and high-end - and so would love to hear if anyone has recommendations for a good pair of wired earphones for general use? I listen to a lot of 90s-made trance and electronic stuff, if that's helpful.

TBH I really like my Airpod pros for just general listening.
