Last time I strayed into HPC I got quite the injury from a drunken wild boar attack. I won't be going there again, thanks.

Talking about politics on the net is a no-go. Doing so on a forum full of musicians which all share a certain ideology is even more of a no-go.

It already sucks how some are politically agitating in the "normal" parts of these forums (yes, that also includes talking about alleged "venture capitalist" companies in the business, and all the other Leftie nonsense), I don't need the 100x exaggeration of that.

I like a political argument or two but in the main, I would prefer some good plugins. Voxengo make good plugins. I doubt that they are the best and I certainly don't consider myself a fan but they are worthy of discussion. I have just downloaded a free EQ by them and will soon be testing it. Far more enjoyable than debating with the raving right!

The first Voxengo plugin I ever used is also my favourite, though unfortunately it's 32bit only: Pristine Space. Has Aleksey mentioned why it's remained stranded in 32bit land ? (lost source code, missing 64bit libraries/dependencies to make it impossible to port?)

Pristine Space requires a full rewrite, and that's not particularly easy to do. You know, some design shortcomings in the latest codebase. Doable, but too complex for the income it will generate. Maybe some day.

Anyway, I can't find anything contradictory about what I said. The people who own this site seem to be totally fine with people stating that companies in this business are "vulture" capitalists, so, I guess I'm free for a poltical stab every now and then as well. Especially when it's 100 % true, which your butthurt reaction shows very well.
