DAW with best media/file browser?

Bitwig is nice too, favorites/star rating and project tempo sync.

Bitwig does this fantastically. It's the same for plugins, samples, presets, file location.

Easy to filter, easy to save to,.easy to favourite, easy to create your own presets, fx chains, and collections of any of the above. Really great.

It's just brilliantly integrated.

I'd like to find an option, that allows the end user to browse using multiple file/folder browsers to audition multiple loops/ at one time, with an option for syncing to tempo.

Tracktion Waveform can do this.

Open multiple browsers by clicking on the (+) symbol. The wave loops must have the tempo embedded in the file info for tempo sync to work. Then when you find some you like working together, you can just drag the loops as a group into your timeline using shift+click/drag.
