which would give a lot of overhead for troubleshooting.... and, well....
but perhaps a better solution, because it seems you want to have fx per lane, is multiple outputs (of course you can choose between stereo, or 6/12 outputs..).
a VSTi that host VST fx, yes MSoundFactory or Phaseplant, but they use there own FX...
o yes, Voltage Modular can do it, or VCV Rack, or Cardinal (i believe..).
for this kind of thing, you need more like meta-plugin, like kushview, DDMF, what is the other, there are many meta-s..
and multiple outs...

It's doing it again. I just put the latest download of First Light in my SSD drive, didn't register it this time, but it still copied the entire folder into the Novum user location on my main HD too - making 2 copies of the bank again.aMUSEd wrote: Wed Aug 24, 2022 7:40 pm Thanks - so it looks like if I point it to the SSD I don't need to Register it too - that's what made 2 copies

again a showcase/fun vid, about Novum, found a 'recording', well it is one, home brewed, have a lot... enough for years, and still make them... well that is not important, or is it??
well loaded that sample into Novum, it is a version with all 6 lanes on, well it works; the original sample you can hear at the start, and what you can with it with Novum; played with MPE;

This is an excellent piece of software, congratulations to Peter and the entire Dawesome/Tracktion team!
Does anyone know if there is a way to unlink all parameters at once? And even better, lock this state while browsing through the presets.
And I don´t know if this would be possible to implement but I miss the timbre gradient of Abyss with the randomization option to somehow morph between them

What does the "KEYTRACK" mod do?
No mention of it in the manual, and the on board help doesn't indicate anything.
Can't seem to figure out what it does.

Figured it out: Works just like the other mods in terms of assigning it, but it just doesn't show what it's assigned to like the other mods.

Like in any synth, changes with the pitch of the note… In subtractive synths usually used to control the frequency of a filter and is often hard wired to that…

Plus you can add multiple instances of them in Novum, and adjust the default low to high graph.
