lead start: 0:00 s / midi please

chord start: 0:00 s / midi please

Usually it's the other direction that one desires to take.

there's midi in the file but might not be 100%
preset is ok-ish.
For the lead I have a single cycle waveform you cam load into sytrus of Vital/Serum which will get you close
