I purchased 2 JBL partybox 110 two months ago.
I noticed an issue with one of them : when I unplug the power cord, the partybox switch off but switch on by itself on battery mode in approx 1 mn. I have to push the power off button to switch it off !!!
I got in touch with JBL and was told this was a battery issue, it will take at least 2 weeks to get it back from the JBL after fixing.
I disagreed with this proposal as I think JBL must have proposed a new product as it was only 2 months old, and 2 weeks is too long to wait for a fix.
So I took my car I went back to the retailer (100 km from home, so I have to pay for the petrol) and the seller aggreed to exchange it with a brand new one.
Back to home, I was amazed when I discovered this partybox had the same issue than the previous one !!!
I think there must have an issue with a batch of partybox at JBL.
I send them an email to explain the issue and wait for their reply.
I don't trust this brand anymore !
Note : I don't face this issue with my other partybox.
