  • The factory bank has been finished.
  • In the CLAP version of the plugin, the about page will only show at startup, rather than every time the GUI is opened.
This means the plugin is officially out of beta! Thanks everyone for the feedback here.

The latest version can be downloaded as always at https://nakst.itch.io/fluctus/.
Does this support voices stacking as well?

Yes, both the CLAP and FL versions of the plugin support voice stacking.

Reaper can't find the CLAP version for some reason. Or does Reaper not support CLAP (yet) ?

The release version of Reaper doesn't have CLAP support yet.
You can download a pre-release version on the forums where Cockos is still working on implementing it.

Linux support is now available :D : https://nakst.itch.io/fluctus

Required dependencies:
  • Glibc version 2.22 or newer (>2015)
  • Zenity
  • libX11
  • A CLAP compatible host, such as Bitwig 4.3
The installer will inform you if any of these are missing on your system.

Please note that Linux support is new and that there may be issues. If you encounter any bugs or other problems, you can post them in this thread here or in the "Community" section of the itch.io page.

Yay!! Very cool! Thanks for supporting Linux!! :)

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)

Version 1.0.5 update notes:
  • Reduce installed plugin size by roughly 50%
  • Improved patch browser graphics
  • Windows: fix bug where an incorrect cursor would sometimes be displayed
  • CLAP: fix bug where plugin was given incorrect category

Update:
I have uploaded a beta version for macOS here: https://nakst.itch.io/fluctus
This has not been through very much testing, so please let me know if you are experiencing difficulty when installing the plugin, or crashes while using it.
It is available in the CLAP format for both 64-bit Intel Macs and Apple Silicon (M1) Macs, and it should run on macOS v10.15, v11 and v12.

The way you have this packaged will not work on a Mac. You have directly named the binary as a CLAP plugin. That's not how audio plugins work on a Mac, and Bitwig will just ignore it as it is. This needs to be a package, which is a folder containing a handful of files.

I got this to work by creating the necessary structure. It seems to function fine in Bitwig, although I did experience one crash while it was sitting idle. I've been having crashing issues with Bitwig 4.3.8 lately, so this may not be your plugin's fault. I didn't do extensive testing, other than to verify that the GUI works. Resize works. All the controls work. Presets work. I didn't test with automation.

I will DM you with a link to a package that works for me, so you can examine the structure.
