Hi all,

I use Recycle to get a perfect loop - then export ( transmit as one sample ) to a single wav.

I have found that if this wav is imported into cubase, and timestretched between eg a 2 bar locator - its slightly out. After examing it in Soundforge, theres been a bit more of the loop added to the end . I guess this is the problem .Also + 'sustaining' locators have appeared.

Has anyone had this experience???

Cheers

Hello,

I think you've switched timestretching on. :?:
This doesn't stretch the usual way, but adds some extra 'sound' after each part to make sure there's no silence when slowing down tempo.

Just turn timestretch to 0%

Greetz,
No, I've definately not got stretch on.Its set to 0% - I've fallen for that old trick b4 - This is something entirely different. Recycle seems to be exporting more of the loop than its actually previewing - thanks again

Update from Prop'heads

Open ReCycles preferences and check the "Export as one sample will Crop..." function.
