Our B&N used to carry it but stopped. Too many people were stealing the CD and not buying the mag. They kept having to send back the mag and eventually the distrobution center just stopped sending them more. I have to order mine a month ahead or go 45 min to the next city to get one if I want it. Luckily I dont buy them too often
Your B&N should be more than happy to special order you one if you really want it...but if it doesnt move off the shelf fast enough they may not normaly stock it.

If all else fails call them, at one point it was cheaper to order a back issue from FM than but at the newstand (not sure now with America going into economic isolation from a scorned president).

Hey Ron can you tell us specifically you were wanting off their disk? You can usually grab the same plugs off the dev.'s sites. Now samples another thing, but were you wanting samples or vsts?

did you go up to the counter and ask if they stocked it? 'cause at my local Borders and B&N, they may not be on the shelf at any given time (sold out), but they do stock them
they are well behind, but I haven't figured out a predictable schedule of when to show up and Future Music or Computer Music will be there.
gets a bit dicey when something like LimeLite is offered in the coverdisk.
sometimes its better just to pick one up and back order

I'm north of Atlanta. I have seen Future Music, but never Computer Music. I would like to get at least one copy and see what I'm missing.
