Yeah, I wouldn't choose that thin, 'square' font myself but perfectly usable now, even on my laptops FHD 15.6" screen.

Don’t know which system/computer you’re using but note that you need to replace the plugin(s) and a folder (unzipped content of DS Tantra 2.zip):
For Windows: "My Documents"\DS Audio
For MacOS: "MacHD"/Library/Application Support/DS Audio.
May be that you already did it and that something else is causing the issue though…

Yeah. I forgot to do that second part with the zip file and the gui was all weird. After I moved the necessary folder to replace the old one it sorted everything out

So I finally upgraded Tantra last night using the code shown above. It is as stated V2 while the layout may or may not be an improvement on the original, I'll leave that to the user. I have to echo what has already been said, the GUI is the worst
execution I've seen in years. I was thinking how bad could it be, now I know.
Will be looking forward to the PA update release.

Have you installed the 2.0.1 update from Dmitrys site as stated above?

I have installed the 2.0.1 and it still causes GUI problems (sluggish, not responsive) on my Mac Pro with Metal GPU in Nuendo 12 or WaveLab 11. The V1 was/is really enjoyable, but the V2 was never usable for me unfortunately, because I really like the Dmitry Sches plug ins a lot.

I couldn't find an image of what the 2.0.1 UI update looked like online, so I installed it and made a comparison image (attached). Basically, dead space was removed and fonts/icons increased in size.

Plugin Alliance still defaults to 2.0.0, but a link to the 2.0.1 installation instructions can be found earlier in this thread.
