Does anyone know if these free 64-bit plugins are still available in VST format (aka VST2) or have they mostly changed to VST3 now? I'm trying to find a few 64-bit regular VST's (for testing). Thanks.

Which ones, any/all of the above? Depends, most of the 'abandoned' ones are probably VST2 but some aren't.

The Audio Damage plugs they set free are all 64bit I think and VST2 only. Right mix of effects and a few instruments.

Thanks Gary - i was referring to the plugins in the first post of this thread (i.e. the ones called Freeware Bundle)

I haven't tried the LightHugger site yet but I tried your suggestion of the AudioDamage plugins. Unfortunately I've only found 1 x free one so far (the ADverb plugin). Their other ones are all asking me for a registration code

That's strange as I know they posted about removing DRM where they could... I just tried a couple at random, mangleverb and phosphour just install without issue, 914 filterbank needs a reg code but it's included in the download..?

The lighthugger site is my ambient/experimental project, nothing to do with plugins...
