How I can make a song like that?

it's a really simple melody, bassline, 4/4 beat. Pretty much any synth can make that synth sound. Honestly it shouldn't be that hard unless you are just starting out. If you are just starting out then maybe download some projects for whatever host you are using and learn from those.

This is actually a good exercise to get started.
0. Open your DAW of choice. Any DAW should suffice.
1. Add a synth track to that. Any synth should suffice.
2. Pick the right synth patch. Browse through the presets until you found a match.
3. Enter the notes. There are only 12 different ones.
Repeat steps 1-3 until done.
Maybe watch some tutorials on YouTube to see how it actually works first...
