hey guys, i fiddle around over 1 hour, this is nuts im getting so crazy, i checked out the official tutorial and also on youtube various ones, all suggest to use a haird dryer for a short time what i also did the last tries and they show how they can stretch the pads easily, but mine dont stretch, if i stretch more the ring it feels so sturdy im worried that it rips, the lips are more soft after heating up but the pad ring itself is sturdy/strict and unlike the videos i saw not flexible. i get so crazy with this.... this sucks so much i cannot believe only Sennheiser makes it so hard?

i nearly threw my pads at the wall LOL. i just put them on my ears loose ith my headphones, might be an alternative lol.

i hope you guys have some tips :/ thx

You probably do not move it in circle while putting them on? Don't be afraid of breaking. Just align the pad with that hole while moving in circles. It took me a while to realize it too.
