If you want good replies you should better name the track clearly and integrate audio with higher quality.

There´s an interview with DRAX on youtube where he talks about ´the creation of Amphetamine a little bit. He also mentions that he failed to do something like it again ...

There weren´t that many FX back then that might have done this and if I remember correctly he also said that his studio was mostly analog. I´d say double tracking is the usual suspect. Listen closely, the separation is pretty obvious.

Thanks for your reply, if i didnt mentionned the name its because this is not the original mix of "amphetamine" , this is an unreleased mix that was played once by oakenfold; its made by MWNN in 1998; and these effects are not used in the original mix..And this is the only existing source and quality, recorded live in audio tape.
Here's the full track

Apart from a phaser there's nothing unusual in terms of effects in that clip.
Like every song it has some delay and reverb.

I'd say a flanger. I'm not exactly sure what sound we are listening to here though, but the synth sounds like a flanger effect is on something.

If you listen carefully to the melody, you will notice that there is some effects moving , and around second 23 the sound is increased than we hear some kind of "under water" sound affecting the sound (like a blop), and this is the effect i want to know mostly, sorry if i dont know how to express what i want to say but this is what i meant..

Try playing with a formant filter on the synth. From what you're describing and I'm hearing, sounds to me like something similar to a formant filter could be applied, with modulation, on the synth to get some of that effect you are asking about. Not saying that was used originally. Maybe modulated band pass filters were? Maybe they got it all with a flanger?
