it's just a part of this season we didn't outgrowJockMcRonan wrote: Mon Oct 17, 2022 4:35 pmI'm sure we can just finish this by accepting that inevitably every synth other than the U-he ones and Omnisphere will eventually find their way here.
now is the time kids start thinking about what is going on the xmas list.
while the lists we write may not be about things we wish to own in the future, the need to write lists, still exists within us all!!!
happy holidays list lovers!!!

Propellerhead Europa and Beep Street Dagger are under rated. And in the future NI Massive X will be severely under rated.

Rapid (snail pace development but what a great synth)
Waves Flow Motion (often under $30 and surprising powerful and fun for animated FM sounds)
Evendite Generate (nothing else quite like it, really west coast noisy beast, lovely GUI!)

Correction: You may want to sit down before reading this. I just discovered that OnePingOnly can provide up to SIXTEEN pings. 16, folks. Yes, not one, but sixteen.VitaminD wrote: Mon Oct 17, 2022 4:37 pm OnePingOnly.
It only provides one ping. But it is the best ping.
Yet it is still known as OnePingOnly even though it's really SixteenPingsIfYouWant

KarmaFX Synth Modular 2
https://karmafx.net/products
It had tons of attention (deservedly so), until version 2 when they gave it a price equal to other synths. Suddenly all interest dried up. Seems really unfortunate to me. This thing is so powerful and flexible. It's a shame that people begrudge that out of the developer after all of his hard work. It's a great synth!
NOTE: This beast is currently on sale for 3 more days for $39.80 <---This is a STEAL!!!
Regular price is $199.

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)

Their free ones definitely are!
I've actually been a hard sell on the majority of them (Bazille is the only one I jumped on during their Intro sale). Now I think they're the last ones I'd part with if it became necessary.
Them and Pianoteq.
So does mentioning them over and over again change the KVR ratings?
Seems to be one reason to keep propagating these infinite & endless threads...
Will add AAS Ultra-Analog VA-3 though. Pretty powerful synth that doesn't get mentioned as much as others.
