Hello,
whats out there, whats recommended ?
in my case it does not have necessarily to be realtime capable.
Good extraction quality would be welcome. See A-C
A) What works good ?
B) What works best ?
C) Whats the champion, ----> affordability vs. result ?
D) i´d might like to use it on sampled Vocals from Film, to remove unwanted sidenoises
E) realtime capable ?

I don't wish to offend the devs, but the videos, if they are the pinnacle of their achievements, really aren't that impressive. Why are devs trying to offer this technology in real-time? It's always going to be either awful or introduce a-heck-of-a latency.kritikon wrote: Tue Oct 18, 2022 12:55 am Oh, I don't know - I'll take a wild guess. Might it be Isola pro v3, which was announced here exactly 29 minutes after you posted?![]()
I mean, I get it; they want to push as hard as they can into new technologies, we end up with products like this. It's obviously some kind of trained brain, trying to work out what vocals, drums and instruments are.. but 140<local credits> for this? I honestly don't get it.
I just hope they'll use the profits to fund more efficacious solutions.

Thanks !
guess i stumbled over this one allready when i looked for same years ago.
The demos there are not too convincing. The price tag a bit steep for that.
(since cleaning sampled vocals from films would just be a optional use, vs. me, anyway)
interestingly, theirs seems to have a similar type of artifacts.
probably a little less.
i mean, i saw "vocals only" or "Bass only" files posted on the net.
i doubt that was all from original stems.
How do they do that ?
what your rolling eye smily means ? ......well i have an idea.
NO, i´m by any means not related to them.
theirs falls apart due to the fact that the license is coupled to a specific DAW, the first one you open their plugin with.
Thats not feasable for me, since i work in a pluginhost, not a DAW, and can´t gel with any DAW, while i have several (old ) DAWs........respectivly am i (now + the next months) in progress to buy new ones ( the small ones) , update old ones, ...and hope to find a DAW i can stick to.
so, how could i use their plugin since i don´t know which DAW works for me ?.......its not really working out.
yes, i saw their announcement elsewhere, which made me remember that i have that urge, to do that stuff.
Extract vocals, or remove bass etc, and do some remix work.
is there really nothing better on the fields ? easy in handling

All of these tools use the spleeter code as far as I know… The workflow and UI differs…
