You need to sign up for an Relab Community account if you haven’t yet. It’s different than your Relab user account. It’s a community forum. You’ll find a post from Randy in the community newsfeed with links to the betas.

Yes, I saw Randy's post. There's a link to the 4.05 beta for the full LX480 there, but I can't find any references to LX480 Essentials. Maybe it has been removed?

I'm definitely unable to find any traces to that public beta of LX480 Essentials v2.2.1 on the Relab Community site... Could anybody please be so kind to share a direct link? I'm very curious to give that Essentials VST3 beta a try. Thanks.

I couldn't find it last week, but it looks like it was added 11 hours ago.

So go to https://community.relabdevelopment.com/ and then login. In your main feed you should see "Randy posted an update in the group Group logo of LX480 Essentials UsersLX480 Essentials Users - 11 hours ago". It's in that post.

But yeah, I saw this on the Apple Silicon tracking database a week or two ago when the LX-480 full version beta was updated, but at that time, I couldn't find a link to Essentials. So I think they expanded who could see the latest beta just in the last few hours.

I think it's just been updated recently if anything. Check now. I definitely see it. Didn't before.

Maybe you need to register the plugins on the main site or something first? Not sure. Shoot an email to support.

Strange - why do you say that?

The Apple native silicon and VST3 release candidate update for LX480 Essentials has already been posted by Relab on their community site to owners you can try - without any further issues (although I just found one in the Apple silicon native AU version), it should be released generally fairly soon.

This release today is specifically for the LX480 full version, which is a different plugin.

It said in the email there was a special discount for owners of a relab reverb, I own Sonsig and Essentials yet there doesn't seem to be any discount being added apart from the standard one for everyone and no option for crossgrade

I get the same, I couldn't find any extra "cross-grade" offer. Probably a glitch that'll be worked out...

Yes, or you can log in to the Relab community site and download the current beta version now if you like.

The crossgrade offer is there for me now, so check again by logging into Relab's store and see if it's available for you now (if you own any other Relab product).
