Which headphones to buy for production and mixing ?

Hello. In the future, I want to buy headphones for producing, mixing. But I don't know which ones to choose. I know that many use and recommend
"Beyerdynamic" but I'm confused about impedance, gain and so on. What do you advise. I noticed that there is a 32 impedance headphone that does not require amplification in a laptop. I know it's not advised to produce with headphones, but I live in a place where studio speakers are out of place and I don't have proper room speakers. What would you advise me to take for producing and mixing. Should I also take high impedance or low impedance headphones? Thanks.
